Critical Analysis Of The Two-Thirds Gender Rule In Kenya

Abstract

Based on the above background, this study aims to critically analyze what encompasses the two thirds gender rule and to what extent it is beneficial to increase women in leadership positions in Kenya. The study also compares two countries that is Uganda and Senegal so as to analyse their approach they have used to implement their gender laws when it comes to leadership and governance
