dc.description.abstract Since Independence, Kenya has ratified the International Instruments to protect the persons living with Disability but there has been a discrepancy between the enactment of these laws and their implementation. In order to address these problems suffered by the persons with disabilities, the Government of Kenya has adopted several laws and policies pertaining to people with disabilities. en_US
